JERICHO COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION

Part-time café opportunity

Posted - September 10, 2018

Tracey ran our Saturday café for many years but sadly had to stop, so we need to find someone new.

The café opens from 11 to 1 on Saturdays serving breakfasts, hot drinks and cakes.

We pay £13 an hour for four hours, which includes two hours for setting out and clearing up.

We may open it at other times if there is enough demand.

You will need to have, or acquire, a food hygiene certificate.

If you are interested and would like to discuss it further please phone 07977 150 993 to speak to a member of the committee.

Did you know?

Why Hart Street?

Hart Street was named after the Printer to the University 1883-1915.

How religious we are?

In the 2001 Census, some 50% of Jericho residents said they were Christian, 2.2% Muslim, 1.9% Buddhist and 1.2% professed other religions, while 34% of people said they had no religion. In Oxford as a whole the proportion with no religion was 24%.
