This class brings together the opposite but complementary energies of Yin & Yang through the perfect combination of the vigour, fluidity and dynamics of Vinyasa with the steadier, meditative and long-hold poses of Yin Yoga. This fusion brings a sense of harmony to the practice and a feeling of balance to the body and mind. It’s perfect after a hectic day and to prepare you for a good night’s sleep.
All levels are welcome!
