Due to high levels of interest, we have extended our consultation period on the Wellington Square Redevelopment to include another drop-in session. Members of the team available to discuss the proposals with. Everyone is welcome to attend, and we ask you to share this with your professional, personal, business and local networks.

The proposals include the redevelopment of 25 Wellington Square on the north of the square, refurbishment of the Western Terrace on the west side and improved public realm and spaces. Your contributions from December 2024 have helped us to develop the proposals and we would like to share the latest designs with you.

You will learn more about the emerging architectural design of 25 Wellington Square and the internal layout of Western Terrace designs to improve the public realm and public spaces approach towards a low carbon future for the buildings
