Volunteer gardeners needed

Posted - March 18, 2014
The Jericho Community Association now has funding to create a garden in front of the old Bedford House School -- next door to the new Co-op store. The building and the small square in front of it are owned by Somerville College who have kindly given their permission for Jericho residents to start cultivation. All we need now are some volunteers to help prepare the soil and plant the shrubs, lavender, bulbs etc. If you can offer to help with preparation (digging the soil and adding in the compost) and then planting the shrubs etc. please contact Phyllis Starkey as soon as possible with your contact details and your availability (weekdays or weekends). phyllis.starkey@gmail.com - or 01865 514770
