Join us at The Coffee Guild on August 3 2026 at 6:30 PM for an evening of sharing, support, and connection.

At The Grief Table, we provide a safe space for individuals to come together and openly discuss their experiences with grief.

Whether you've recently lost a loved one or are navigating a difficult time, this space is created with you in mind.

Our goal is to create a community where everyone feels heard, understood, and supported. No judgment, just genuine conversations and empathy.

Come pull up a chair, grab a cup of coffee, and let's talk about the things that matter most.

The Grief Table takes place on the first Monday of every month. See details below, book through Eventbrite. Only 12 places, so book early.  Free but please buy a drink and/or a cake as they give us the space free.
