Whether you’re recovering from intense training, managing stiffness from daily life, or simply seeking a moment of calm, these classes offer the perfect antidote.What to Expect:
Whether you’re a seasoned mover or new to Pilates, our stretch classes offer a welcoming space to slow down, tune in, and feel your best. These classes are bookable weekly, or as one off sessions. Stretch and Flow Pilates classes are led our experienced instructor and physiotherapy assistant Sarah.
Where the community centre came from?
The centre was built at the end of the 19th century as the Church Institute for St. Barnabas.
Why Hart Street?
Hart Street was named after the Printer to the University 1883-1915.
