Street Fair 1988

14 May 1988

July 1988

We did It again- we had the best weather in the month. Someone up there must like us. There was far more diversity of stalls this year and this made the occasion a lot more fun especially with the Swings, Roundabout and the Inflatable Castle. Later in the afternoon the bands from in and around Oxford performed for the revellers. One group gave its first ever public performance so perhaps we have helped to launch a group that will become as famous as Aylesbury's 'Marillion'band. We are very grateful to all these bands as they performed free of charge for charity.
