Canalside sale imminent

The Oxford firm, Riach Architects, has announced that the canalside site is about to be bought by one of their clients. This is believed to be the Iconic Assets Heritage Acquisition Fund – an Asian-based fund established to acquire real estate with ‘significant historic, iconic or culturally important attributes’.
