What the site looked like in 2008 .....
... and what it became 18 years later
Cheer Team, the owner of the Jericho Wharf site, has had the contracter who was occupying the site clear all the rubble and other builder's materials that he was storing there. This suggests that something is about to happen. The Jericho Wharf Trust had successfully campaigned for the City Council to start on the process for a compulsory purchase. This could have given Cheer Team a sufficient jolt to make them sell the site before the City took it. Looks like this could be about to happen.
