Francis Hitching of Juxon Street, aged 78, has started ‘First Timers’, a novel solution, for older people having trouble the internet, and computers in general. “We select appropriate youngsters (“experts”) who earn £10 per hour passing on their skills to novices on their own computer in their own home at their own pace.
