Jericho is Oxford's place to visit

Posted - January 19, 2017
Jericho has come in at No. 11 in a survey of the UK's hippest places to visit. Travel.supermarket.com gave it the maximum ten points for 'hip culture', which reflects the abundance of 'hangouts' like coffee shops, cafes and restaurants, as well as vintage fashion shops and independent bike shops. We also got ten points for creative capital, with galleries and co-working spaces. However, we got zero points for 'traveller value' reflecting the lack of inexpensive local accommodation.
