Light relief needed

Traffic block

Posted - September 15, 1999
David Salmon of Cranham Terrace is concerned about the traffic lights at the bottom of Hythe Bridge Street which regularly produce a 15-minute queue stretching back into Walton Street and Beaumont Street – punishing Jericho residents who have to use this route out of Oxford. This seems to be a traffic-lights phasing problem. If anyone else is concerned about this, David would like them to make their feelings known by writing to: Mr David Young, Director of Environmental Services, Speedwell House, Speedwell Street, Oxford OX1 1NE
