Lucy’s flats get larger

Juxon Street plans

Lucy’s have changed their proposed building at the bottom of Juxon Street – from 33 flats to 28, and from five stories to four, though the ground area is the same. Berkeley Homes will be the building contractors but the flats will be owned and rented out by Lucy’s. Demolition will start at the end of November and construction should last around 15 months.
