Nesta Wright, Fr. Michael’s mother, who lives with him at the Vicarage, celebrates her 100th birthday on December 21. Mrs.Wright was born in Birmingham and spent part of her childhood in Radley. She remembers clearly seeing the Kaiser at King Edward’s funeral in 1910.
