On September 22 Jack and Phyllis Webster of Great Clarendon Street saw the marriage of their twin grand-daughters at St. Barnabas. Phyllis Webster was born Phyllis Carr. The Carrs have deep roots in Jericho, and Phyllis and her brothers all had a close association with the church
